Today is a conditioning workout with timed based intervals. If you are just getting back into the swing of things, modify as necessary. Otherwise, let’s get after it!
You will need a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells for this workout. Complete each movement for the amount of time listed and focus on form – don’t comprise form just to get a few more reps!!
Beginners: 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest
J.V. – 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest
Varsity – 1 minute work, 30 seconds rest
- Renegade Rows with Push Up
- Mtn. Climbers (on the dumbbells)
- Burpees (with the dumbbells)
- Bent Over Rows
