Advanced: 35 minutes

Perform each exercise back to back, only rest at the end of a round. Keep track of the number of rounds that you get in the time frame you choose. Compare in 3-4 weeks!

  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Push-ups, any variation
  • 10 Kettlebell or Sandbag Cleans
  • 10 See-saw press
  • 10 Bulgarian split squat
  • 10 Inverted Rows or 5 pull-ups
  • 10 calories on cardio, 100 jump rope, or 50 jumping jacks
