In our second #StrongOnSaturday training session we are going to focus on one thing!
Here’s the deal, it’s technically describes one exercise but it combines several different movements together. I’m not going to lie, these are brutally effective so I will scale the reps for you. I’m excited for you to take on the challenge! Make sure you rest and break these up into multiple sets.
